WRGCA (IBT Local 900) Election Plan for Delegate & Alternate Delegate to the 2016 IBT Convention

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

Attached, please find a copy of three items.  The first is a memo to each you regarding the required posting of the WRGCA (IBT Local 900) Election Plan for Delegate & Alternate Delegate to the 2016 IBT Convention; the second is the copy of the plan and the third is a list of all the workplace bulletin boards across this committee.  It is important that you print sufficient copies of the plan and post one on each of the bulletin boards within your jurisdiction within seven days of the receipt of this notification.  Equally important is that you notify Denise Lupo at our Pocatello office when you have completed the posting on all the bulletin boards in your jurisdiction.  At the completion of that process we will provide the Election Supervisor with an affidavit of compliance.  The posting must be maintained through the entire nomination and election period.  Denise will be contacting you within six days of she has not heard from you.
