Norfolk Southern on hot seat after house fire

SOMERSET, Ky. — A home on Cox Lane in Tateville was destroyed by fire Saturday evening. No one was injured in the blaze, but some people connected to the incident say that emergency response was hampered by a slow-moving Norfolk-Southern train blocking the best entrance to the area.
