UP workforce reduction hits Bailey Yard

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. — Union Pacific announced more layoffs in North Platte’s Bailey Yard this week. On Tuesday, an undisclosed number of employees were laid off under the railroad company’s Unified Plan 2020.
