Three crew members hurt in UP train collision in Round Rock, Texas

ROUND ROCK, Texas — Three people were injured Sunday when two construction trains collided in Round Rock. According to the Round Rock Fire Department, crews were called to the scene around 1 p.m. about 500 feet west of A.W. Grimes Boulevard near Highway 70. There, a Union Pacific crew was working on railroad lines when two construction trains carrying a total of three people collided on an elevated portion of the tracks.
