Rail volume down for 9th straight month in November

WASHINGTON, D.C. — November was the ninth month in a row in which the total rail freight carloads have fallen year-over-year, according to numbers released by the Association of American Railroads. Both carloads and intermodal traffic saw year-over-year declines.
