BLET’s Allen reelected as Washington legislative chair

Shahraim Allen last month was reelected to his third term as chair of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen‘s (BLET) Washington State Legislative Board.
Allen is a member of BLET Division 238 in Tacoma, Washington. He was first elected chair of the Washington legislative board in 2012, and then reelected in 2016, BLET officials said in a press release.
Also elected to the board was Dylan Elkins as first vice chairman, Dave Beech as second vice chairman and Tristin DeYoung as secretary-treasurer.
The Washington State Legislative Board represents more than 1,000 active and retired members from nine different BLET local divisions.
