State Supreme Court derails oil export terminal on Washington coast

SEATTLE, Wash. — The Washington State Supreme Court, in a unanimous ruling, has temporarily and possibly permanently derailed plans to locate a rail-fed crude oil export terminal at Hoquiam in Grays Harbor.
