NEW YORK — Talks regarding a possible transnational railway that would link the Pacific and Atlantic oceans across South America have been intensifying in recent months, hinting that the Central Bi-Oceanic Railway Corridor could become a reality. If greenlit, the megaproject is expected to completely overhaul South America’s trade and political landscape, and put landlocked Bolivia at the heart of future negotiations.
