TSA to require freight railroads to provide training addressing terrorist threats

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Rail employees involved in higher-risk freight rail operations must now be trained to watch for terrorist-related threats, according to a new rule from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
