American Chemistry Council endorses call for GAO study on impact of PSR

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Late last week, on the heels of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee signed off on the Investing in a New Vision for the Environment and Surface Transportation in America (INVEST in America) Act, the American Chemistry Council (ACC) threw its support behind a provision in the legislation that calls for a Government Accountability Office (GAO) study focusing on the impacts of Precision Scheduled Railroading (PSR).
