Hurricane Laura hammers Union Pacific tracks near Lake Charles, La.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Hurricane Laura delivered “heavy damage” to the Union Pacific mainline and industrial tracks in the Lake Charles, Louisiana, area, resulting in both being taken out of service, the railroad said Thursday.
